Spring cleaning is here!
This is the time of year we at CPM perform our annual inspections which function as a review of sorts. We note the conditions of the properties we serve to see if things can be improved and coordinate with property owners and tenants to facilitate those improvements. This is part of our core value: Good Stewardship.
There is a lot that goes into maintaining a home. Grass needs to be mowed, flower beds need to be weeded and exteriors need to be washed. As well as just keeping up with interior cleaning and condition of the living space. We encourage tenants to keep up with yard work and care for their living space.
During the recent move of CPM offices, we took advantage of the time to sort, organize, and clear away clutter so that we can operate more efficiently. We hope that you take the time to think about your property, whether as an owner or a tenant. Owners invest in properties in order to accomplish life goals and we want to assist that investment. Tenants invest their income in a place to live and should enjoy their home environment. Both are worthy of our time and energy to be good stewards of that investment.
