As we head into the end of one year and the beginning of another, it can be good to take a “breather,” so to speak. As humans, we have to renew our sources of energy within ourselves and find ways to refresh. There are books to be read, people to listen to, things to write and places to be. But in the end, we all have our own refreshment needs based on our personality and habits. Take the time to see what works for you.
Right after Thanksgiving, I got a chance to spend eight days with extended family in Yosemite National Park. What a beautiful place! Personally, my renewal comes from being in natural areas where I can observe all that is out of my control and be okay with it. That trip was just what I needed to clear my head and refocus on the life in front of me.
All of the staff at CPM wish you a relaxing, safe time during the holidays to collect your thoughts, gain new vision and intention for your future, and find vibrant energy to draw on during the next year. Whatever you celebrate – Hanukkah, Christmas, Winter Solstice – enjoy it. And Happy New Year!
